Terms of Service and Public Offer Contract

Last updated: June 2026

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Sole Proprietor Mariia Anatoliivna, registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine (Tax Registration Number / FOP ID: 2026607848), hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, and any individual or legal entity that accepts these Terms, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase on the website curamentis.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Making a payment on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of this contract.

1. Object of the Contract

The Provider offers online educational products on the Website, including:

  • Live Courses: real-time online lectures, webinars, and meetings delivered via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Recorded Courses: pre-recorded video lessons and study materials accessible at the Client’s convenience.
  • Electronic Books (E-Books): downloadable digital files (PDF, EPUB, or similar formats).

Modular Structure of Services (Important Clause)

The service may be provided in parts (modules/classes/sessions). The Client independently determines the number of classes or modules they wish to purchase and proceeds with step-by-step payments.

Each separate payment constitutes confirmation of the order for the next stage (module) of the training program and grants access exclusively to the corresponding part of the service.

2. Purchase and Payment Terms

The price for each Course, Module, or Session is clearly indicated on the respective description page of the Website.

Payments are processed electronically via the integrated payment gateway on the Website (Monobank / Plata).

The billing currency for the Client is the Euro (EUR) or their local card currency. The Provider receives the converted funds into their bank account in accordance with Ukrainian banking regulations.

The contract is considered concluded and active at the moment the Provider receives payment confirmation from the payment system.

For modular or session-based programs, each payment corresponds to one individual module or session, and access is granted only to the specific purchased stage of the training program.

3. Delivery of Service and Access

Recorded Courses: the Client receives access links or login credentials via email within 24 hours after successful payment.

Live Courses: the Provider sends access links and schedule within the timeframe specified on the course landing page.

Modular / Session-Based Programs: access is granted only after each corresponding payment and applies exclusively to the purchased module or session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Recorded Courses (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content and receiving access, the Client explicitly consents to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, Recorded Courses are strictly non-refundable.

Live Courses (Services)

The Client has the right to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the course has not yet started.

If the course has already begun:

  • refunds are not available, or
  • may be calculated proportionally for unused sessions at the sole discretion of the Provider.

Modular / Session-Based Purchases

Each payment corresponds to a separate module or session. Refunds apply only to the specific purchased module under the same conditions stated above.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials (including videos, texts, graphics, and trademarks) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.

Copying, recording, distributing, selling, or sharing access credentials without written consent is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (place of registration of the Provider).

Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the Provider’s place of registration.
